Add your staff and your CA

Invite someone

Settings → Team & roles → pick a role and generate an invite link. You share the link yourself — on WhatsApp, or however you already talk to them. They set their own password; you never handle it.

The three roles

Owner can do everything, including inviting other people and changing business settings.

Staff can run the day: raise invoices and quotations, add customers and items, record payments, move stock.

Accountant is read-and-export only. Your CA can open every report, read every invoice and export whatever they need — and cannot change a single number. It is the role to use for anyone you want looking, not touching.

Users are unlimited, on every plan

There is no seat count in Dukaaan and no per-user charge. Add your whole shop and your CA without doing arithmetic first — it does not change what you pay.

If your CA has several clients on Dukaaan

A CA invited to several businesses moves between them from the account menu, under Your businesses. One login, no signing out and back in, and the same records either way.

Owning two businesses on one login is a different thing, and it is not something Dukaaan does yet. Each business you own needs its own account; being invited into somebody else's is what the switcher is for.
