Download everything you have entered

You can download a complete copy of your own records at any time, without asking us and without a support ticket. Every invoice, every customer, every payment.

How

Settings → Privacy & data → Export all data. You get customers, products, invoices, quotations, credit notes, payments, purchases, suppliers and stock movements.

One CSV file per table so you can open any of them in Excel, and a manifest listing what is in the ZIP and how many rows each file holds.

There is no catch

You do not have to be on a paid plan and you do not have to email support. A few newer tables — expenses is one — are still being decided one way or the other, and nothing is held back to make leaving harder: the README inside the ZIP lists every file you are getting, so you can see for yourself what is in it.

The file we generate for you does not sit on our servers forever — it is cleared after a while, and the exact schedule is in our privacy policy. Your records are untouched by that: press the button again and you get a fresh copy of everything.

This is the one feature we would rather you never need. Software that makes leaving difficult is telling you what it thinks of its own product.

A single customer or a single report

You do not always want everything. Most lists and reports export on their own — open a report, choose the period, export just that.

A list exports the way you left it. Filter your invoices to one customer, sort them oldest first, then export: you get those rows, in that order, and not the rest of the table.
